About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Employee Benefits Account Representative. In this role, you'll work closely with our account managers to develop employee benefit summaries for clients, track census data, and maintain accurate client information in our agency management system.

You'll also be responsible for preparing account managers for employee meetings, ensuring timely responses to client requests, and maintaining effective working relationships with internal partners, clients, and carriers.

What You'll Do
  1. Assist account managers in developing employee benefit summaries for clients, including annual renewal changes, enrollment procedures, and miscellaneous benefit changes.
  2. Track census data from clients and gather general client information from identified carriers.
  3. Maintain accurate client information in our agency management system.
  4. Prepare account managers for employee meetings.
  5. Ensure timely responses to client requests.
  6. Maintain effective working relationships with internal partners, clients, and carriers.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
