About the Role

We are seeking an Eligibility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Financial Assistance Department (FAD). As an Eligibility Manager, you will play a key role in providing leadership and management to a team of staff members.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  2. Supervise and train staff members to ensure accurate and efficient processing of program data.
  3. Collaborate with senior managers and other managers to ensure effective communication and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Service, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years' experience in personnel management and budget management.
  • Knowledge of Alaska Native and American Indian culture and/or community resources.
Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per year.
