Community Health Program Manager

Job Summary
A Community Health Program Manager plays a vital role in Agnew Beck's team, working closely with project managers and associates to deliver high-quality services to communities, Tribal entities, nonprofit organizations, and local agencies.
About the Role
- The ideal candidate will conduct research, write comprehensive reports, and engage in insightful interviews to gather crucial information for projects.
- Developing business plans, feasibility studies, and strategic plans that meet client needs is a key responsibility of this position.
- Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate conversations and generate original documents is essential.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, public health, or a related field; or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field combined with five or more years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience in behavioral health clinical or program development in Alaska is highly valued.
- Prior experience in project management, clinical experience, quality assurance, program development, data management, research, technical writing, and community engagement is essential.
- The ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including Alaska Native/American Indian populations, refugee and immigrant populations, and people who have experienced trauma, is critical.
Compensation & Benefits
This hourly position offers a competitive salary of $$65,000 - $100,000 annually, opportunities for annual increases, and a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-contribution health insurance, paid time off, retirement contributions, and professional development funding.
