Position Location: Hybrid Work Environment
Key ResponsibilitiesHow You Will Contribute to Our Growth:
- Collaborate with support and engineering teams to assess, diagnose, and resolve user issues promptly.
- Manage a backlog of product enhancements aimed at improving user experience.
- Identify and propose changes that enhance our service delivery to users.
- Communicate updates and status of issues across various teams.
- Recognize patterns and themes in user feedback during roadmap and planning discussions.
What You Need to Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a software engineering capacity.
- Prior experience managing the complete process of understanding and resolving user issues.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently.
- Capability to conduct code reviews to uphold code and security standards.
- Aptitude for conveying technical concepts to colleagues and customers with varying levels of technical expertise.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Experience with the JavaScript ecosystem, particularly Angular.
- Proficiency in composing and executing queries in MySQL or similar relational databases.
- Familiarity with AWS environments.
- Background in support or triage roles.
- Experience with mobile and/or consumer applications, preferably Flutter.
