Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome service customers and provide outstanding service with respect and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with the Rental Coordinator to manage loaner and rental vehicles.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to service customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Schedule appointments for customers requiring special order parts.
  • Arrange appointments for customers with pending recalls.
  • Execute prospecting procedures for service customers.
  • Follow up with customers and reach out to potential clients.
  • Regularly consult with the BDC/Exchange Manager.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience: Six months to one year in customer service.
  • Ability to foster productive relationships with customers, vendors, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional guest service skills, including excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
  • Dependable, punctual, and reliable work ethic.
  • Capability to work independently on assigned tasks while also accepting direction.
