As part of a rapidly expanding network of communities managed by Erickson Senior Living, we are a recognized leader in senior living and healthcare across multiple states.
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Culinary Service Associate to deliver outstanding dining experiences for our esteemed residents and guests. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dining area and pantry, while embodying the core values of Erickson Senior Living.
Your Contributions:
- Warmly greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the dining venue.
- Facilitate the efficient flow of service by collaborating with seating coordinators and supporting the serving staff and kitchen team.
- Assist in food preparation, stocking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness post-meal.
- Promote adequate nutritional intake for all residents.
- Professionally handle telephone inquiries and follow up on requests.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in both the dining area and kitchen.
- Support the training and development of new wait staff.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay starting at $16.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
- Preferred six months of experience in a food service setting.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
- Capability to safely lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
