Position Overview:
This position is primarily focused on delivering outstanding hospitality and customer service within our dining environment. As a Server, you will be instrumental in the preparation and serving of meals, while also ensuring that the kitchen, stock room, food service areas, and dining spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Set up and dismantle dining areas promptly, ensuring readiness 30 minutes prior to service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and quality of all dining utensils and tableware.
  • Adhere to uniform standards throughout your shift.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of menu items, including allergens and preparation methods.
  • Maintain a proactive presence on the dining floor, addressing residents' needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow the established schedule and communicate any changes to management in advance.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Prepare alternative meals as necessary.
  • Ensure appropriate meals are served to designated residents.

Customer Service Commitment:

  • Ensure all team members provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
  • Perform duties with courtesy and professionalism.
