Job Title: Desktop Support IT Analyst

At CodeForce, we are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support IT Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal business users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain corporate technology systems.
  • Identify data sources, construct data decomposition diagrams, provide flow diagrams, and document related processes.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Experience with ad-hoc reporting, estimating, and interfacing of inbound and outbound interface files.
  • Work with clients, application analysts, developers, and technical team members to support and develop technical solutions.
  • Develop specifications according to business requirements.
  • Configure systems, monitor performance, and install software, patches, and new environments as required.
  • Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, system coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
  • Recommend new solutions and upgrades in alignment with strategic plans and business requirements.
  • Coordinate and perform testing of changes to the environment with process owners.
  • Ensure backup support personnel are involved and aware of activities.
  • Provide technical assistance to internal business users by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions about hardware or software.
Requirements:
  • A four-year Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two to five years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows-based hardware and software applications.
  • Experience in Windows-based programming languages and database structures.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
