  • Recruit and select new financial sales professionals and provide training, coaching, and joint-work opportunities to support their development.
  • Foster relationships with existing experienced financial professionals and ensure compliance oversight and supervision.
  • Maintain a sound, profitable personal and district sales practice consistent with branch and company strategy.
