Job Title: SalespersonJob Summary

We are seeking a high-performing, result-oriented sales professional to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling our offerings to SMB clients, establishing relationships with brokers, and driving a fast sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective SMB clients and brokers through outbound efforts, leveraging existing networks, cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Present and sell our company's offerings to business decision-makers, including HR leaders, benefit leaders, founders, and CEOs.
  • Establish strong relationships with brokers and drive a fast sales cycle, moving deals from first contact to close quickly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with SMB customers, ensuring a positive experience from onboarding through the contract.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the voluntary benefits space.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to help refine our offerings based on client interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
  • A result-oriented sales professional with a proven track record of driving and closing sales quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B health tech sales, preferably in the insurance or voluntary benefits sector.
  • Experience selling employee health & benefits.
  • Strong understanding of SMB needs and the ability to tailor sales approaches to different business sizes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • A producer and someone who drives results.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage startup where processes and roles evolve rapidly.
  • Passion for healthcare and technology, and driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact.
