Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain product displays on the sales floor to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Analyze sales reports to optimize product presentation and inventory management.
  • Support the shop manager in managing inventory effectively.
  • Assist customers and sales associates with product retrieval and loading.
  • Label, fold, hang, and price merchandise for display on the sales floor or in back stock.
  • Restock merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace and maintain cleanliness throughout the store and back stock areas.
  • Demonstrate basic math skills for inventory tasks.
  • Read and comprehend instructions, and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Organize tasks efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities in a support role.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exhibit professionalism and tact while interacting with all levels of the organization.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written forms.
  • Pay attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and contribute positively to team dynamics while adhering to company policies.
  • Be open to performing additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
  • Adhere to the assigned schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, along with 1-3 months of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements:

Must be capable of performing various physical activities, including sitting, standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

This position may require exerting significant physical effort, including lifting heavy objects. All associates are expected to adhere to safety protocols to minimize injury risks.
