The Retail Team Leader oversees a group of staff at a designated location under the guidance of the Retail Manager and Operations Manager.
This role is pivotal in facilitating interactions among management, guests, employees, and suppliers.
Work Schedule:
This position requires collaboration within a team on a rotating schedule that includes Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM, with two 30-minute breaks (meals provided).

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role ranges from $19.00 to $19.00, influenced by factors such as the applicant's skills and qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, prior experience, market data, and other pertinent elements.
This represents Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.
Upon hiring, the employee will be in an 'at-will position,' and Aramark reserves the right to adjust base salary (along with any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, individual performance, departmental performance, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Uphold the highest standards of operations regarding store merchandising, cleanliness, and the overall aesthetic of both the interior and exterior of the store.
Delegate daily tasks and ensure they are executed correctly and promptly while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Coordinate the transfer of incoming merchandise to storage areas and/or display floors.
Ensure accurate pricing on all products displayed.
Maintain customer service excellence.
Responsible for documenting damaged merchandise.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate the stocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
Communicate with management to ensure all received products are promptly placed on the retail floor.
Provide updates to team members regarding new products or procedures.
Conduct periodic inventory counts as per the schedule established by the controller and retail buyer.
Train new employees on the Point of Service (POS) system, safety protocols, and job responsibilities.
Act as the Cash Controller, ensuring precise cash records and reconciliations are conducted, adhering to all cash handling guidelines.
Address operational issues during shifts, informing management of equipment malfunctions.Complete operational directives such as checklists and logs.

This role may entail physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing.
