ROLE SUMMARY
The Stio Mountain Studio Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering an outstanding brand experience to customers at our retail locations. This position demands a high level of customer service, which encompasses a deep understanding of the brand narrative and product offerings, engaging with customers, and driving sales. Sales Associates are integral to fostering a cohesive team environment that enhances customer interactions through meaningful connections, comprehensive product knowledge, and a genuine passion for the brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers, embodying the spirit of our brand.
- Maintain an appealing store presentation through effective organization of displays and routine upkeep.
- Manage inventory processes, including receiving shipments and restocking merchandise.
- Perform operational tasks such as handling customer inquiries and managing service shipments.
- Provide accurate and current information regarding products, promotions, and pricing.
- Utilize the Point of Sale system for efficient transaction processing, including payments and exchanges.
- Contribute to creating a vibrant community space for customers and the local area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and interpersonal communication.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proactive approach to daily responsibilities and customer interactions.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive environment for all visitors.
- Proficiency in computer systems and experience with POS technology preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Hourly Rate: $17-$21 based on experience.
- Part-time, hourly, non-exempt roles available.
- Flexible scheduling options.

- Physical requirements include the ability to move throughout the retail space and lift up to 50 lbs.
