**About the Team**

Our global Fanatics Retail, In-Venue, and Special Events division operates across North America, Europe, and Asia, supporting various sports leagues and events. Our teams are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience, whether at home, during a game, or at significant sporting events. Each retail location and event is designed with a tech-forward approach, ensuring that fans have access to products in real-time during pivotal moments in sports.

**Position Overview**

The Seasonal Retail Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience for our fans. This position involves maintaining retail standards and executing back-of-house operations to support front-line sales efforts. Seasonal Retail Associates are expected to communicate effectively and collaborate as part of a successful team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Welcome fans and engage with them to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer interactions.
  • Facilitate a strong brand connection by delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to high standards.
  • Process transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Uphold professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics brand.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for extended hours on game days and during events.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.

  • Exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to develop product knowledge of team and league inventory.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills in dynamic environments.
  • Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.

  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions during events.
