**Position Overview**
The Seasonal Retail Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This position involves maintaining retail standards and supporting back-of-house operations. Successful candidates will demonstrate effective communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate within a team environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome customers and engage with them to enhance their shopping experience.

- Process transactions efficiently using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).

**Qualifications**
- Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
