Position: Culinary Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding hospitality to all guests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that every guest feels valued and welcomed in our establishment.
  • Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation according to our established recipes and standards.
  • Guide new kitchen staff through company policies, procedures, and training.
  • Assist in various kitchen roles to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in optimal working condition.
  • Develop standard recipe cards for new menu offerings and establish portion sizes.
  • Oversee product ordering to meet specifications and ensure proper delivery procedures are followed.
  • Manage food costs and usage through adherence to storage and waste control practices.
  • Exhibit leadership within the kitchen, providing direction and support to team members.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for culinary arts and enhancing the dining experience for guests.
  • A positive and energetic demeanor when engaging with team members and patrons.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in kitchen roles, including leadership positions.
  • Ability to instruct kitchen staff on recipes, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with management, kitchen staff, and guests.
  • Physical capability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50+ pounds regularly.
  • Willingness to work in a standing position for extended periods.
