Qualifications:
Minimum educational background, training, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the responsibilities of this role:
- A combination of culinary education and/or relevant cooking experience totaling five years.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English clearly.
- Fundamental understanding of sanitation standards, quality assurance, recipe execution, and preparation tasks.
- Completion of a formal tasting assessment is required.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and information retrieval.
- Possession of a Certified Food Service Manager Certificate or the ability to obtain it within one year of employment.
