We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Receptionist to join our team at PAREXEL in Prague. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Develop effective relationships with internal clients, providing timely and accurate support to meet their needs.
  • Perform general administrative functions, including filing, printing, copying, faxing, laminating, and managing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages.
  • Greet visitors with a professional and positive attitude, adhering to our security procedures.
  • Coordinate transportation and taxi arrangements for visitors.
  • Process and manage 'Lost and Found' items.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, including stationary, catering, and facilities.
  • Process and investigate routine costs, including office rental, management fees, and maintenance expenses.
  • Manage office access cards and maintain a clean and tidy front desk and lobby area.
  • Coordinate with archiving companies and confidential destruction services.
  • Administer helpdesk requests and provide limited support to remote employees.
  • Supervise facilities suppliers and maintain office installations, including printers and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Czech and English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
  • Team-oriented and socially competent.
  • Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Represent PAREXEL in a positive and professional manner.
  • Highly service-oriented and motivated.
  • Efficiently organized and knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows Office.
Education:
  • High school diploma.
  • Vocational education or professional training in secretarial, foreign language correspondence, hotel business, or management assistance.
