Job Details for the Cash Application Specialist:
  • Pay Rate: $24/hour
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM EST
  • Full-Time: Temp to Perm
Job Responsibilities for the Cash Application Specialist:
  • Enter and process lockbox, credit card, ACH, and EFT payments as necessary
  • Gather, process and enter daily Credit Card Transaction into Portal
  • Process/Setup new auto credit card requests and follow up as required
  • Back up for unapplied cash resolution processing
  • Other duties as required
Job Requirements for the Cash Application Specialist:
  • At least one year of experience within Cash Applications, payment posting, invoicing, or AR/AP.
  • Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word)
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts related to billing and cash applications required
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Extremely efficient with strong data entry skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • High degree of professional integrity; really cares about getting the right answer
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
