Job Title: Territory Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Specialist to join our team at Rep-Lite. As a key member of our cardiovascular division, you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas, market share growth, and other business objectives within cardiology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Excellence: Utilize expertise in business analytics, marketplace dynamics, and clinical knowledge to implement a compliant and efficient business plan.
  • Customer Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including cardiologists and specialists, through daily calls and networking activities.
  • Business Analytics and Planning: Analyze sales results, track outcomes, and update customer account documentation efficiently.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage technology to analyze sales results, track outcomes, and update customer account documentation efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, fostering two-way lines of communication.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 100% throughout the specified territory.
  • Residency: Residence in the specified geography or willingness to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in selling to Cardiologists and related specialists.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Adaptability: Ability to accept coaching and critical feedback with a resilient attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Extreme communication and organizational skills are a must.
