Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Americanendovascular. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing procedure count and revenue in an outpatient center through referrals from podiatrists, internal medicine, nursing homes, wound care centers, and other specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide sales excellence and professional representation by developing trusted relationships with referring physicians to gain procedure referrals to our center.
  2. Act as physician liaison with new and existing referring physicians to provide continued communication regarding our services.
  3. Represent organization at trade shows, associations, and regional meetings.
  4. Manage territory to stay within marketing budget, achieve goals, and reach quotas.
  5. Identify key co-marketing partnerships and develop organizational relationships.
  6. Conduct presentations, in-services, and community events to promote our services.
  7. Participate in training, management field rides, coaching, and development.
  8. Develop territory plan to meet and exceed goals and quotas.
  9. Consistently update CRM on a daily basis regarding sales activities, targets, opportunities, and new accounts.
  10. Collaborate and professionally maintain relationships with all key internal departments including physicians, sales, operations, HR, billing, clinical team, and leadership.
  11. Understand market competition and selling strategies to differentiate and gain business.
  12. Possess knowledge of professional sales strategies such as Challenger & Integrity selling.
