Marketing & Campaign Strategy Manager

This role is responsible for driving growth through the development and implementation of targeted demand generation activities and sales support materials through omni-channel campaigns, webinars, etc. for the RICOH Graphic Communications Customer Experience Centers.
Manages demand generation activities from conception through execution, including coordinating with internal lead teams on campaign overviews, set-up in the CRM, lead qualification criteria, and results reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively works with sales and marketing to develop, implement and execute successful internal and external marketing campaigns that ultimately support lead/revenue generation and drives traffic through the Customer Experience Centers.
- Works cross-functionally with marketing, sales, sales operations and other functions to support business initiatives.
- Generates concepts, and messaging for national demand generation campaigns including emails, print and landing pages/micro sites, working with internal resources or vendors/agencies as needed.
- Works with the Design Services and Digital Marketing Teams to build and implement campaigns.
- Engages, and shares knowledge and skills, with the marketing team to provide continued awareness of marketing best practices and methodology to ensure that Ricoh is always bench-marking against world class standards.
- Serves as liaison across departments and functional groups to ensure marketing campaigns are integrated across the company as appropriate.
- Collaborates with sales operations, field marketing, and channel marketing to provide visibility to marketing campaigns, processes, tools and reports.
- Works with Executive Briefing and Customer Experience Teams to help plan and execute onsite customer briefings in the Boulder Customer Experience Center that help drive the sales cycle forward.
- Help facilitate onsite briefings to capture the Voice of the Customer which helps drive campaign strategy.
- Participate in brainstorming and creative concept meetings; collaborate with content team to translate strategies outlined in creative briefs into engaging concepts and copy for various business units and clients; generate creative concepts that support marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
- 4-year college degree (Marketing) other related course or certificates or equivalent years of related work experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Marketing or Demand Generation environment.
- Digital marketing experience is required.
- Excellent writing and proofing skills required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across and within teams/groups
- Experience in Production Print a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A clear customer focus and ability to understand the needs of the customers at every level.
- Proven experience of working closely with sales, marketing, and professional services.
- Working knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms, multi-media, web layout and industry-standard graphics programs preferred
- In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing practices.
- Excellent project management skills to plan, determine resources, needs, monitor progress, and adhere to project timelines.
- Must be highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple assignments and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to build consensus with leaders and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data and instruction, prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.). Moderate dexterity, regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
