As a key member of the JD Finish Line marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and customer acquisition through the development and execution of integrated marketing programs. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a full-funnel, integrated strategy that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of integrated marketing programs, from brief to post-launch analysis, with internal and external partners.
  • Manage brand partner relationships, focusing on seasonal sell-in moments, campaign development, and partnership strategy alignment.
  • Contribute to the development of seasonal sell-in and sell-thru strategies for key category marketing stories across retail, digital, social, traditional, and digital media, as well as out-of-home channels.
  • Communicate effectively across the organization to ensure objectives are well-defined and a consistent brand message is delivered for key campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing and consumer trends within and beyond the athletic specialty category, with a focus on retail.
  • Serve as the primary contact for buyers, brand partners, and channels across marketing campaigns and launches.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to ensure all channel and tactical plans, messaging, and creative materials are aligned.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns across owned channels to identify areas of innovation and opportunity.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field. A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience is required.

  • Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with the company's policies are required for the position.
  • Average work week is 40-45 hours, which can vary depending on business need.
  • The work environment for this position is a moderately noisy office setting.

JD Finish Line reserves the right to modify this job description with or without notice. Employees may be asked to perform additional duties outside of normal job scope on a temporary basis per company policy. Pay Range $62,000-$65,000; 10% bonus target. This role will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off plan.
