Marketing Manager Associate

As our Marketing Manager Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Marketing and ECommerce teams through various valuable tasks, including leading brand campaigns, developing the Picky marketing calendar, and expanding our influencer program.
- Lead revenue growth and brand development of the Picky Bars brand
- Oversee day-to-day campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
- Manage the Picky Bars website and email content
- Support expansion of the brand into retail distribution
- Content creation for social media
- Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
- Work with the CX team on aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools
- Create and oversee the monthly editorial calendar, including monthly sales objectives and initiatives
- Expert-level reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to make the numbers tell a story and interpret metrics for executive-level stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience building a brand on social media (food experience a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field (nice to have)
- Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
- Strong design and computer skills (Google Analytics, Creator Studios, social media platforms, Google Docs)
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
- Flexible self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, detailed-oriented, and emotional intelligence
- Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines
