Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled RN Clinic to join our team at PeaceHealth. As a RN Clinic, you will provide professional nursing care to patients in the clinic/outpatient setting, promoting a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families, and all members of the care delivery team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
  • Provide patient education, counseling, and health promotion.
  • Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection prevention programs.

Requirements:

  • Accredited School of Nursing.
  • 1 year experience as a registered nurse (preferred).
  • Registered Nurse in state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (required upon hire).
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (preferred upon hire).
