About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Decision Unit Nurse to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in patient and family education, promoting health and wellness.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year - Nursing experience.
