Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Operations: Oversee the planning, preparation, and presentation of all food and beverage services, including menu development, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of food and beverage staff, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all members and guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to complaints and concerns.
  • Financial Management: Manage food and beverage budgets, controlling costs and ensuring profitability.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the Chef to develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, storage, and inventory of all food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, including HACCP and SafeServ certification.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a private club or high-end restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of success in managing food and beverage operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, staff, and vendors.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation, such as SafeServ or HACCP.
