Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts in a senior living community. As Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving business development and census growth through proactive prospecting, event planning, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out prospective residents and families for assisted living services
  • Create and implement events to increase prospective residents to the community
  • Provide the highest level of customer service, including building the prospect CRM database, responding to inquiries, generating tours, and performing purposeful follow-up
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare
  • 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in CCRC, Senior Living, Assisted Living, Healthcare, or Marketing
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship-building
  • Prior experience as a Director of Marketing or equivalent
