Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as our Venice Clubhouse Site Coordinator. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and delivery of all program areas within the Club, working in direct partnership with the Area Director to ensure a fun, healthy, and safe youth-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Implementation: Communicate, implement, and enforce BGCMLA operational policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality program experience for members.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the Club's facilities, grounds, equipment, and supplies are clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and staff.
  • Program Development: Assess the needs, interests, and characteristics of members to develop targeted programs that result in an outcome-driven club experience.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train program staff, volunteers, and interns to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and cultivate partnerships with community organizations and school systems to advance programs at the Club.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED, minimum of two years of college experience, and at least two years of direct youth service experience.
  • Leadership Experience: At least one year of demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience at a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work a flexible schedule, and hold a valid driver's license.
Working Conditions

The Site Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with youth and adults, and may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position requires the ability to maintain a stationary position and engage in physical activities such as moving, bending, reaching, and positioning.
