Senior Technical Support Specialist

Cambridge Mobile Telematics (CMT) is a leading provider of telematics services, dedicated to enhancing road safety worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical support, with expertise in iOS and Android mobile technologies, SDK integration, and deployment of CMT's platform and mobile applications. They will work closely with customers to debug issues, create reproducible test cases, and provide escalated technical support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical assistance to customers via Zendesk, phone, and Zoom
- Debugging issues and creating test cases
- Escalating technical support
- Maintaining customer support Knowledge Bases and FAQs
- Training new team members and customers on program management systems and Zendesk
- Presenting to customer stakeholders on support issue reporting and Root Cause Analysis
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be proactive, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality support.
