About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our systems and equipment are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues with our systems and equipment
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and developments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical skills, including hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
