Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our systems and equipment are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues with our systems and equipment
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with our technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and developments
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong technical skills, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
