We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen. This role comes with a salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the point of contact between the leadership team and internal/external guests and business associates.
  • Managing phone systems, assigning, and updating phone extensions, setting up voice mail to email call forwarding.
  • Assisting with project management and communicating with the leadership team.

You should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office equipment. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role are required.
