Responsibilities
  • Expedite permits and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Manage numbers and QuickBooks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with our workflow spreadsheets to optimize processes
  • Obtain and maintain insurance certificates
  • Generate status reports to keep the team informed
  • Develop and implement record-keeping procedures to increase productivity
  • Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college courses preferred
  • Proficient in basic computer software and ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
