Job Summary

We are seeking a highly competitive and ambitious Account Manager Trainee to join our outstanding team. As an Account Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, customers, and fellow team members. You will also provide superior sales support to ensure flawless customer enrollment and minimize turnover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, customers, and fellow team members.
  • Sales Support: Provide superior sales support to ensure flawless customer enrollment and minimize turnover.
  • Sales Knowledge: Gain knowledge in all company aspects of sales, client relations, leadership, and customer acquisition.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly, engaging attitude, and be consistently prepared to provide legendary service and sales support to each customer.
  • Product Recommendations: Recommend products, sales promotions, and services that fit each individual's needs.
  • Sales Performance: Exceed sales performance standards and set the standard for the rest of the sales department.
  • Leadership: Consistently perform leadership actions and maintain high standards, whether or not management is present.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Management, or Public Relations.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in leadership, management, client-facing, supervisor, or sales position.
  • Conflict Resolution: Anticipate, recognize, and deal effectively with existing or potential conflicts as they arise.
  • Customer Engagement: Ability to make strong connections, engage and educate customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Ethic: Self-starting, scrappy, and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal to no guidance.
  • Leadership Development: Develop skills and assist in leading, directing, motivating, and educating others.
