Mission:

To develop, execute, and manage all creative content creation across all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with our brand's values and objectives for HOTWORX and SOL SPA. This role will translate marketing and performance objectives into captivating content marketing that propels key performance indicators.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to the following):

  • Collaborates closely with the HOTWORX and SOL SPA Marketing Team to develop and implement a content marketing strategy aimed at maximizing key performance indicators.
  • Create and curate a wide spectrum of visual assets, spanning graphics, images, videos, animations, and infographics, to enrich our content marketing strategy.
  • Create and cultivate premium digital and print content that propels lead generation, membership sales, member retention and growth for both the HOTWORX and SOL SPA brands.
  • Translates creative direction and copywriting vision into execution and ensures the tone and style are consistent with brand requirements
  • Manages and enhances the HOTWORX and SOL SPA official brand management, content design, and templating platform.
  • Manages the approval process for the brand management platform ensuring optimal franchisee support.
  • Manages all custom graphic designs requests and works directly with our internal and contracted graphic designers to complete all custom projects.
  • Ensures overall brand consistency and image quality, with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on project/initiative performance to Vice President of Franchise Performance Marketing.
  • Follows legal protocol and disseminates legal documentation with regards to marketing,
  • branding, and advertising policies to non-compliant Franchisees of HOTWORX and SOL SPA
  • Creates content for Facebook, Instagram, and SOL- Including but not limited to Websites, Blogs, News Articles, Press Announcements, YouTube, influencer ,and all digital, or other ad campaigns.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing Department to create digital content as needed for
  • the monthly marketing & advertising campaigns for SOL SPA and HOTWORX locations, workout video releases, Virtual Instructor Competition, VI Competition TV Show, studio challenges, and any Franchise Sales Marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, style, and visual identity.
  • Manages the Warrior Stories Program for HOTWORX ensuring that we effectively elevate the HOTWORX brand through our members.
  • Involvement in the annual HOTWORX Virtual Instructor Competition includes but is not limited to: assets for corporate and franchise locations to promote the Competition, corporate ad strategy, directing Photo Shoot portion of Final Round, introducing Outdoor Workout, hosting VI Competition Championship. Creative Director is also responsible for advertisement and promotion of the VI Competition TV Show.
  • Conceptualize and orchestrate quarterly video and photo shoots including talent coordination, audio scripting, on-set art direction, and collaborative editing with videographers/photo editors, working closely with the Vice President of Franchise Performance Marketing, corporate colleagues, franchisees, and location staff as required. Responsible for all equipment, gear, and attire for shoots.
  • Acquiring, managing, and maintaining model release forms.
  • Support the development and execution of the HOTWORX and SOL SPA products, gear, and apparel design.
  • Manage all workout release content and communication sent to the Vice President of Franchise Performance Marketing every month to send out to the Franchise Community

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, fine art, design or relevant field (franchising experience is a plus but not required)
  • 5+ years' experience in creative marketing
  • Proven knowledge, skills, and ability in content marketing
  • Proficient in creating impactful content for all marketing channels.
  • Proven ability of critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong skills in strategic copywriting and storytelling
  • Executes strong writing and proofreading skills, impeccable spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual assets and content campaigns that highlight creativity, strategic thinking, and alignment with brand identity.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.), video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.), and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and trends.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, third party vendors to achieve common objectives.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving engagement, lead generation, and brand growth through strategic content initiatives.
  • Familiarity with franchise business models and experience working with franchisees is a plus.
  • Creative problem solver who introduces fresh and innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies, engagement initiatives, and content delivery.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • History of effectively managing and prioritizing creative work across both internal and external graphic designers, to achieve efficient and effective content delivery.
  • Google "G Suite" Applications

Work Schedule:

  • Monday: 8:30 – 5:00 PM CST (In-Office at Corporate Headquarters if you live in Jefferson/Orleans/Plaquemines Parish)
  • Tuesday - Friday: 8:30 – 5:00 PM CST (remote) *Working remotely is subject to change at the discretion of the CEO.
  • Some projects and events may require longer hours (ex: biannual photoshoots, annual convention, etc.)
  • There will be some requirements to come in early and stay late during the work week, which includes but is not limited to annual convention.
