About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Recruiting Director to lead our recruitment efforts in the Southwest region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of recruiters and driving results through partnership with regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a full recruitment desk with dedicated internal customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their talent acquisition needs.
  • Supervise and lead a team of Area, Senior, and Entry-Level recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Partner with operational and business group leadership to drive talent acquisition strategies and align recruitment resources to business needs, ensuring a strong pipeline of top talent.
  • Conduct routine in-person meetings and monthly check-ins to provide recruitment metrics and insights, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Prioritize top roles within the region, ensuring timely and effective recruitment of key talent.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance recruiter performance, including training, mentoring, and tools optimization.
  • Assess and balance recruiter workloads as needed, ensuring a healthy and productive team environment.
  • Partner with the business to drive effective university relationships, fostering strong connections with top universities in the region.
  • Establish a team atmosphere among the recruitment team, promoting collaboration, communication, and a sense of belonging.
  • Develop and implement coverage plans when recruiters are away, ensuring seamless continuity of service.
  • Conduct routine regional team catch-up meetings and one-on-ones with direct reports, providing feedback and coaching opportunities.
  • Involve in the selection of new recruiters, ensuring a strong fit with our company culture and values.
  • Ensure recruiting metrics, KPIs, and quality assurance within the team are being met, driving continuous improvement.
  • Ongoing assessment and recommendations to enhance talent acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Champion diversity recruitment efforts, promoting a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Partner with HR to meaningfully contribute to the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for all employees.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive recruitment experience within the Region.
  • Previous experience leading recruiters either as a supervisor or mentor.
  • Expert-level knowledge of recruitment technologies and strategies.
  • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and presentation).
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership.
