We are seeking a highly motivated and organized MAEL Recruiter to join our team at InsideHigherEd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent for our MAEL degree programs.

• Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet program enrollment goals
• Collaborate with the Director of MAEL to identify and engage potential candidates
• Design and implement effective recruitment materials and campaigns
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, districts, and organizations
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and families

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• At least one to two years of related experience and/or training
• Creative aptitude and ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
