Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team at Hilti North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop account development plans to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage and update sales data, including opportunity management and sales pipeline tracking.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and sales growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required).
