Position Overview

As a Senior Risk Assessment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, focusing on underwriting within the Energy sector. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of underwriters to provide tailored insurance solutions and risk management services.
  • Engage in both new and renewal business production underwriting, ensuring that our clients receive the appropriate coverage for their unique needs.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key energy agents and brokers, enhancing our market presence.
  • Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives that align with our Energy practice's goals, which encompass oil & gas, renewable energy, and more.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty Middle Market Carrier Underwriting, with a preference for candidates with a background in the energy sector.
  • A relevant college degree or industry designation.
  • Experience with large, loss-sensitive accounts and program structures is advantageous.
  • A proactive and organized approach, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
  • The willingness to travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
Compensation and Work Environment

The salary range for this position is $76,320 - $144,840, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer flexible work arrangements, including hybrid and remote options, to accommodate our employees' needs.
