General Overview:


The Risk Assessment Specialist will collaborate closely with senior management, including the
CEO and CCO, to enhance, sustain, and oversee a comprehensive risk management framework, policies, and documentation.

This role demands exceptional communication abilities, a knack for multitasking while maintaining a keen eye for detail, along with substantial knowledge and experience in the futures and options sector.


Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate risk and trading exposure of clients.

Perform risk exposure analysis, including stress testing.

Analyze client trades to ensure compliance with fair trading practices, as needed.

Supervise the risk management protocol.

Continuously refine the firm’s risk management framework.

Issue margin calls and mitigate position risks as necessary.

Participate in the enhancement of the firm’s Risk Management Procedures.

Facilitate risk management training sessions.

Develop innovative programs and tools to bolster our extensive risk management system.

Oversee various short and long-term initiatives to enhance efficiency and control coverage.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant industry experience.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related technical/business field.

Proficient understanding of regulated financial instruments, including derivatives, options, and futures.

Strong attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Ability to collaborate within a team and contribute positively in a cooperative environment.

Dependable, committed, and possesses a high level of integrity.
