Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of success in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission-based bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
