Position Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Assist technicians and retail/wholesale customers with their parts inquiries, ensuring they receive the correct parts at competitive prices.
- Efficiently locate parts to optimize retail/wholesale gross profit and service flag hours.
- Proactively suggest additional items such as filters, batteries, fluids, and Pro-Shop products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- The ability to read and understand information and perform calculations.
- Proficiency in accessing, inputting, and retrieving information using computer systems.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting up to 100 lbs, and moving about the dealership.
- Experience with dealer track systems is required.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
