Position: Parts Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Parts Specialist for our Omaha location. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Managing inventory effectively
  • Ordering necessary parts
  • Providing accurate quotes for parts
  • Handling shipping and receiving of stock, including freight
  • Processing stock returns
  • Billing parts to service department work orders and delivering to technicians
  • Completing purchase paperwork and operating cash register and credit card systems
  • Ensuring all billing is accurate and merchandise is received in good condition
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient record system
  • Utilizing computer systems to locate specific parts for customer needs
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and product location
This position involves varying shifts, including weekends, and may require overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role that involves direct interaction. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic computer skills are essential. The role requires the ability to lift heavy items, up to 75 pounds. While knowledge of recreational vehicle or automotive parts is preferred, it is not mandatory. Strong customer service skills are a must.
