Role Summary:
The Sales and Service Advisor plays a crucial role in promoting and selling our diverse range of products and services, adhering to our company standards and expectations.

Compensation: $40,000 to $60,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers professionally and courteously, both in person and over the phone, utilizing our standardized customer service techniques.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and refer to service history to accurately assess service needs.
  • Recommend appropriate services based on expertise, clearly communicating any additional recommendations from our technicians.
  • Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products and their service requirements.
  • Provide customers with accurate quotes detailing costs and estimated completion times for approved services, and keep them updated throughout the service process.
  • Follow established procedures for processing customer transactions, including reviewing completed inspections and explaining warranties.
  • Conduct follow-up calls post-service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track returns, core returns, and warranty parts for each customer.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Sales and Service Advisor is expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and to demonstrate behaviors consistent with our Company Standards and Expectations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a service advisory role is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Professional appearance and ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
  • Possess a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to obtain a State Inspector License within 30 days of hire.
  • ASE Certified Service Consultant Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Willingness to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends.
