Job Summary

This role is responsible for designing and implementing data management solutions that ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end data processes and flows, as well as experience with Relational Database Management Systems such as Oracle and SQL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Design and implement data management solutions that ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders.
  • Business Process Support: Provide business process support and data quality governance through data coordination and integration.
  • Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing, data audit, and/or data validation.
  • Root-Cause Analysis: Perform root-cause analysis on data-related system problems and recommend or execute corrective action.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to data management and system.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in relation to data processes.
  • Data Management Metrics: Identify, review, and evaluate data management metrics and recommend ways to strengthen data integrity, quality, and availability across the enterprise.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization, including 3 years of experience with Relational Database Management Systems such as Oracle and SQL, and 3 years of writing advanced SQL queries.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Data Integration Experience: Experience with data integration, particularly with Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Analytics Tools: Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Alteryx, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • ETL Knowledge: Strong ETL knowledge in a data warehouse ecosystem.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
  • SQL Skills: Advanced skills in writing complex SQL queries.
