  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing specimens, and processing lab results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, participating in Patient Centered Medical Home Care Team collaborations.
  • Perform various clinical tasks, including EKGs, Spirometry, and vaccine administration, following State guidelines and protocols.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to CLIA regulations and ensuring proper disposal of expired medications.
  • Float to other offices as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced medical environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification or experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
