Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Document Administrator Senior to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating loan documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review loan documents, including loan agreements, financing statements, and notes, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including borrowers, relationship managers, and title companies, to ensure timely and accurate loan document preparation.
  • Ensure that all loan documents are properly executed and recorded, and that all necessary documentation is completed and filed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan documents and related correspondence.
  • Stay current with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial loan document preparation and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of loan document preparation and coordination procedures, including regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
