Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team at Workonomics Staffing Resource. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our clients and candidates, including drafting correspondences and other formal documents.
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Greet and assist onsite guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform various office tasks, including data entry, mail sorting, and other administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required.
