Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Monitor and assist Operations project teams with multiple parallel projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for Clients on assigned studies, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Schedule Development: Work with scientific personnel to develop a schedule for project completion, effectively allocating resources to activities.
  • Communication Scheduling: Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Kick-off Meetings: Conduct kick-off meetings with stakeholders to assign duties/roles and set timelines, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Help facilitate Operations project teams to develop appropriate resolutions for technical, scheduling, budgetary, and/or resourcing problems and bottlenecks.
  • Documentation: Author and deliver meeting minutes, progress reports, and other ad hoc documents, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree plus ≥ 4 years relevant industry experience or 2 year CRO experience, Bachelor's Degree plus ≥ 7 years relevant industry experience or 5 years CRO experience, Associate's Degree plus ≥ 10 years relevant industry experience.
  • Experience: Experience in a Regulated industry laboratory preferred, PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
