Job Title: Senior Project Engineer

Atwell, LLC is a leading consulting, engineering, and construction services company that delivers innovative solutions to clients in the real estate and land development markets. We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead and mentor our team in driving high-impact land development projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor junior staff in technical queries related to land development projects.
  • Review and complete assignments efficiently using AutoCAD Civil 3D, adhering to Atwell's high standards.
  • Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure all project deliverables meet rigorous quality and engineering standards.
  • Review and seal project documents to ensure full compliance with engineering standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and team leaders to track workflow status and meet chargeability goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Proven experience working in Delaware and surrounding markets.
  • 8+ years of experience in Residential and Commercial Land Development.
